The project is to rethink and create new skyscraper typology - a vertical city that contains live, work, city serving spaces and infrastructure. Public spaces and transportation will be supper-vertical and even replaced by elevated sky garden and Elevators.

Live and work programs are the main focus of this project. Creating interweaving connection between live and work portion meet the needs of different users and also maximizing the view from Phoenix‘s City Skyline. From the top to bottom there will be: cooperate office + typical apartment, artistic studio + apartments for short term use, SOHO(small office home office). A shared program (library, gallery, gym, cafe, auditorium, conference room, etc.) will be inserted in between the live and work programs.
