Job Title: Architectural Designer (New York, NY, 40 hours per week)
Job Duty:

Understand clients’ needs and requirements, conduct project research, develop design proposals, prepare documents and solutions to general architectural problems.

Create strong design concepts and building schemes, oversee design presentation, and contract deliverables such as diagrams, renderings, physical/digital models, and animations.

Produce and review technical drawings/digital BIM model and demonstrates an advanced understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and construction techniques.

Collaborate with design partners and local architects on site planning, building exterior and interior design and landscape design for large-scale high-rise commercial office, hotels, residential and mixeduse development projects.

Coordinate with developers, project team, and other consultants for project development in US and Asia market.
Requirement:
U.S. Master degree in Architecture. Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, parametric and rendering software, and other graphic software.
